To attend SNL 2026 you must pay a registration fee. All fees are in US Dollars.

Your registration includes Complimentary Onsite Lunch each day of the meeting.

Two Educational Courses are offered for registered trainees on September 29 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm, immediately before the SNL Welcome Reception. For information about each course and to register, see the SNL 2026 Educational Courses form.

The Executive Rate for Faculty registration option is available to Regular members who wish to provide additional financial support to SNL. These additional funds will be used to enhance conference accessibility, such as attendance for students, underrepresented groups and geographic locations, and child care for parents. If you're able, please consider this registration option to help support SNL.

Registration Discounts

In an effort to increase accessibility, equity and diversity in SNL, the Society is offering discounted registration. If you meet one of the following criteria, then you can apply for a registration discount that reduces your registration to the Student Member Registration Rate at the time of registration. You must be a current SNL member to be eligible for a registration discount.

You reside in a Reduced-Fee Country as defined below.
You are in an Underrepresented Group.
You are experiencing a Financial Hardship (requires Board approval).
You have a Disability.
You are an Emeritus Member as defined below.

Reduced-Fee Country discount will be automatically applied when you register based on the residence in your account profile. All other discounts must be requested prior to registering. Applying for a Financial Hardship discount requires that you submit a description of your hardship for review by the SNL Board. Submit your registration discount request to registration@neurolang.org.

Reduced-Fee Countries

Reduced-Fee Countries are all countries that not in the Full-Fee Country list below.

Full-Fee Countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea (Republic of Korea), Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

Emeritus Member

Regular long-standing members of SNL who have retired may petition for Emeritus status. Emeritus status entitles the member to receive a discounted registration rate equal to the Student Member rate at the time of registration. To receive the discounted Emeritus registration rate, you must be a current SNL member.

Registration Refund Policy

Registration fees will be refunded minus a $50 handling fee, provided the request for refund is received by SNL no later than July 31, 2026. No refunds will be issued after July 31, 2026. Refund requests must identify the registrant’s name, email address, membership level, and amount paid. Send refund requests to registration@neurolang.org.
