Venue Accessibility
We are committed to making our conference accessible to all participants. The Centre International de Conférences de Genève (CICG) is fully wheelchair accessible, with designated spaces for wheelchair users available in the auditorium. Lifts (elevators) are available throughout the conference centre, allowing access between all levels used for the meeting.
The FCBG, where the welcome reception will take place, is also wheelchair accessible. The reception area is accessible to persons with reduced mobility, with an elevator available from the main entrance on Level 0 to the 1st floor, where the reception will take place.
There are accessible toilets in both venues, specifically equipped for people with reduced mobility, are available on the relevant floor.
A nursing room will be available upon request and may also be used as a low-stimulation room. Please ask at the registration desk.
When registering, you will have the opportunity to indicate any specific accommodations you may need (e.g., a nursing or low-stimulation space), as well as any dietary restrictions. To accommodate a variety of dietary needs, vegan, gluten-free, and regular (meat and dairy) options will be available for lunch and the reception. This information will help us ensure that we are prepared to meet your needs. We will also do our best to accommodate any additional requests whenever possible.
Illness
For the safety and well-being of all attendees at our conference, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines regarding COVID-19 or any illness: Please do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste, vomiting, or diarrhea. Throughout the conference, please maintain good hand hygiene by washing your hands frequently or using hand sanitizer provided. Free masks will be available at the registration table. Please respect individual comfort levels regarding personal space and masking. Thank you for working together to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
